No. There is nothing for sale in the first conversation, and I will not put anything in front of you at the end of it.
I ask questions for 30 minutes and I tell you what I actually think. If AI would not help your business right now, I will say that out loud. If the fix is something you can do yourself in an afternoon, I will tell you how and we can shake hands and go on with our day.
I work this way because it is the only way I would want to be treated.
I know nothing about AI. Is that okay?
That is the ideal starting point.
I spent 14 years teaching healthcare workers to use technology they did not ask for and did not want. Nobody in those rooms was technical. That is the job I am good at.
You do not need vocabulary. You need someone who can explain it in your own language, using your own business as the example.
Do you replace jobs?
No. Nobody gets automated out of a job on my watch.
The whole point is to make the people you already have faster and less buried. Your team knows your business. A tool does not. My work is training first, so the people stay and the busywork goes.
